About The Project & Developer
After nine years, District 12 is ready to welcome another new launch condominium, The Orie, at the Lorong 1 Toa Payoh GLS site. Nestled in the heart of Toa Payoh, the 99-year leasehold new launch spans 15,743 sqm, equivalent to over two football fields. The Orie has a maximum gross floor area of 66,121 sqm and will yield 777 residential units. The site was occupied by the Police Security Command premises, demolished by 2024 to make way for the new launch condo development.
The Toa Payoh neighbourhood is popular among homebuyers because of its central location and excellent transportation options. The Orie is approximately 500m (a 5 to 10-minute walk) from Braddell MRT on the North-South Line (NSL). The NSL connects residents to key areas like the Orchard Road shopping belt, the Central Business District and the Marina Bay financial district. Additionally, commuters can change to the Circle Line via Bishan in one stop and the Downtown Line via Newton in two stops. Alternatively, the site is also within walking distance of Toa Payoh MRT, which is slightly further away (800m).
