| By way of education, I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in Finance, from the USA.
I had always had an affinity with real estate, being a property investor myself both in residential and commercial properties. Given my sustained interest in real estate, I decided to quit banking and venture into the property agency business in 2010. I was a Team Head, Commercial Banking at HSBC SIngapore (the world's local bank) when I left the banking industry. My 20 plus years of experience in the banking industry allow me to developed and served SMEs and large local & foreign corporates that had afforded me the opportunity to build close relationships with the entreprenuers and their professional staffs. As such, I handle portfolio of properties belonging to both corporate clients as well as high networth individuals. I conduct my real estate business with utmost integrity, dedication and passion. I put my clients interest above all else and help them achieve the best results possible for my clients. l largely focus in residential properties (GCBs included) located in D9,10,11 & 15, commercial properties in D1&2 as well as industrial properties. During my free time, I volunteer in charity work which is a means of giving back to the society. | ||||||||||||
