My Life:

I enrolled in the air force at the age of 23 and spent 18 years there. The air force sent me to the US in 1992 to participate in a special elite training course and I emerged the first Singaporean to top the class.

In 1997 at the age of 41, I started my career as a property agent in a medium-sized local property agency, and was the champion producer of the company for many years.

I joined PropNex in 2001 when the company just started up. PropNex later grew to become the largest property agency in Singapore. One of my proudest moments was in 1999 and 2003 when I was declared the second runner-up twice in a row in the annual IEA awards presentation. It was a materialization of my dream when I ranked among the top three agents of Singapore.

VK Group was created in 2002 to materialize my other passion for life: to mentor and coach people and have a positive impact on their lives. Now the group has grown to over a hundred associates. Every week, I conduct training for VK Group associates to hone their professional skills and give them edge to succeed in the increasingly competitive market. To me, VK Group is more like a family than a company.

Key to my Success:
The key that I become a champion property salesperson is that I believe in building long and lasting relationships with customers and rendering superb customer experiences to maintain strong customer loyalty. Above 90% of my businesses are generated from old clients, either that they use my services again or they refer my services to family members and friends.

Always treating clients with integrity, sincerity and honesty and putting their benefits above all are what I practice everyday to win customers over and build long-term relationship.
