CSC Land Group’s debut development sees 85% of units sold on launch weekend
Singapore – CSC LAND GROUP launched its first residential development, Twin VEW, to overwhelming response on Saturday, 5 May. The highly anticipated launch of the prime development saw a queue form as early as 8 am on Saturday morning. This comes after a successful two-week preview period that was received with great enthusiasm by potential buyers across the island.
Twin VEW’s opening weekend saw a total of 442 units sold, including 4 penthouse units. This represents 85% of the 520 units of the development. The sales momentum was largely driven by strong demand from homebuyers, including singles，young couples, families, and multigenerational families, as well as investors buoyed by the potential of the Jurong Lake District.
Based on the weekend’s sales, the average price per square foot is S$1,399.
Of the 442 units sold, 83% were Singaporeans, 15% were permanent residents, and the rest were foreign purchasers.

Buyer Mr. Jonathan Leong, 32, said “We have been looking around a few show flats and the quality finishing and thoughtful touches in Twin VEW really stood out. The location is tranquil yet convenient and we fell in love with the development immediately.”
Twin VEW is expected to be ready by Q4 2021.
