The Gazania and The Lilium Draw Positive Buyers’ Demand

15% of released units in Phase One sold within the first day of sales. More than 70% of buyers purchased larger units.

SINGAPORE – SGX Mainboard-listed SingHaiyi Group Ltd. (“SingHaiyi” or the “Group”), a fast-growing, diversified real estate company focused on

This works out to 15% of the 165 units released in the first phase. The first day of sales for the twin freehold projects attracted an estimated turnout of more than 200 interested home buyers with their family members at the show flat for the balloting over the public holiday on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

While there was all-round interest in the various unit types, the larger unit sizes saw more interest from home buyers, with more than 70% of the home buyers purchasing 3- to 4- bedroom units, including a penthouse unit.

Larger units are typically purchased by homeowners, who are more discerning about factors such as functionality and liveability of spaces, and the uptake of larger units reflect the appeal of both The Gazania and The Lilium to this group of home buyers.
