Le Quest opened the doors of its sales gallery yesterday, 22 July 2017, drawing overwhelming response from the public on the first weekend of preview. Le Quest by Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty) is the first mixed-use development in Bukit Batok.

Visitors to the Le Quest Sales Gallery shared that the location of Le Quest is a draw. Le Quest is located in the west of Singapore, which will soon see new and exciting developments such as the upcoming Jurong Innovation District, and Singapore’s upcoming second CBD, Jurong Lake District. Le Quest is also in close proximity to the upcoming Tengah Forest Town.
Prospective buyer Diana Tai, 41, shared, “I am looking at Le Quest as an investment. Le Quest being a mixed-use development is a good selling point, and the transformation of Jurong and the surrounding area makes it a good investment opportunity.”
Alan Cheong, Senior Director of Research & Consultancy at Savills, said, “Le Quest is close to Jurong and it is located in an up-and-coming part of town. The future KL-Singapore High Speed Rail (HSR) is an added convenience, which will be a game changer once opened.” The future KL-Singapore HSR is an eight-minute drive away from Le Quest. The Sales Gallery and show units at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 are now open daily from 10am to 7pm. Bookings commence on 5 August 2017, Saturday. The development is expected to receive Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) by end-2021.
