SINGAPORE – SGX Mainboard-listed SingHaiyi Group Ltd. (“SingHaiyi” or the “Group”), a fast-growing, diversified real estate company focused on property development, real estate investment and property management services, is pleased to unveil Parc Clematis (formerly Park West) – the first mega private residential launch in Clementi in three and a half years and the Group’s largest project to date.
This also marks the third of SingHaiyi’s flower series residential projects this year, following the launch of freehold residential developments – The Gazania (formerly Sun Rosier) and The Lilium (formerly How Sun Park) in May 2019.

Sitting on an expansive 99-year leasehold site of over 633,000 square feet (“sq ft”), this latest addition to SingHaiyi’s residential projects is thoughtfully curated with 1,468 units across four design series, namely Contemporary, Elegance, Signature and Masterpiece, catering to various homebuyers’ needs.
The Contemporary series consists of 750 residential units, designed to cater to the needs of hip and trendy singles, working professionals, couples, and young families.

Parc Clematis’ nine tower blocks are 24-storeys in height, and special attention is paid to the towers’ spatial orientation. The tower blocks offer “elevated-living” as residential units are raised approximately 15.5 metres (the height of about five storeys) from the first storey communal landscape area.
