Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), a property arm of the Chearavanont family’s DT Group and one of Thailand’s top quality property developers, plans to develop the Whizdom 101 mixed-used project on Sukhumvit Soi 101 for Bt 30 billion.

Whizdom 101 will be one of Thailand’s pioneering developments that delivers an entire neighbourhood to residents at a quality standard that is consistent with the high standards in their homes, offices, retail facilities and other buildings on the site.
Slated for completion in 2018, the mixed-use development has engaged advisers that include top international experts in space planning, architectural design, landscaping and many other specialised aspects of property development because it aims to attract buyers throughout the ASEAN Economic Community who are looking for world-class standards.
The project will offer 340,000 square metres of space – 20,000sqm for retail, 30,000sqm for offices, 10,000sqm for a sports and wellness club and the rest for condominium units, making it one of the largest developments on Sukhumvit Road.
The weekend of 27-28 February marks the first worldwide launch of units of this unique development in Bangkok and Singaporeans will get the first taste of the exceptional lifestyle in Whizdom 101. The property exhibition will be held in Four Seasons Hotel.
