A 376-unit high-end luxury condominium will soon call River Valley home as the preview for The Avenir launched over the weekend.

The new freehold luxury residential project will consist of two 36-storey towers, a 50-metre lap pool, 2 levels of basement parking and other amenities such as a hydrotherapy pool. The units range from 527 sq ft one-bedders starting from $2,930 psf to 2,411 sq ft four-bedroom units priced at $3,030 psf. All units are fitted with balconies and the 3- and 4-bedders boast private lift access.
The 130,000 sq ft site on which The Avenir sits is located near the Central Business District (CBD) and the nearest MRT station will be the Great World City MRT station on the Thomson East Coast Line. The station’s namesake mall, Great World City, is also in the vicinity. The location alone lends clout to the new project as well as its exclusivity. It is situated slightly away from the buzz of the main Orchard shopping belt yet near enough for easy access and also near the CBD to working professionals or expatriate families who often favour properties here.

It is designed by the founder of international architectural firm StudioMilou, Mr Jean Francois Milou.
In addition, the condominium is also located near schools such as Eton House Preschool, Odyssey The Global Preschool and River Valley Primary School. The project is developed by Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand and Hong Realty (Private), and is slated to receive its Temporary Occupation in August 2025.
