SINGAPORE – Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty) has upped the ante with Bukit Batok’s first mixed-use development. Le Quest features 516 private residential units with over 6,000 square metres of commercial space – allowing residents to Live, Dine & Play. Homeowners may revel in a new, fuss-free way of living enabled by Qingjian Realty’s partnerships with tenants. Being one of Singapore’s pioneering developers for smart living for all homebuyers, Qingjian Realty unveiled the exclusive smart technology-empowered integrated living experience at Le Quest today.
“Qingjian Realty is constantly listening to what the homeowners want. Le Quest will meet their expectations of a new, integrated living experience that can only be possible with a mixed-use development. We seek out leaders in their respective niches and find new ways to elevate the living experience of homeowners. At Le Quest, we are working closely with our partners and tenants so that all tenants can enjoy this seamless lifestyle with heightened convenience using just their smart mobile devices,” said Mr Li Jun, Executive Director, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd.
Services at your doorstep
Taking into account the lifestyle and needs of homeowners, Qingjian Realty will now bring services to homeowners’ doorsteps. Qingjian Realty will work closely with nearly 100 F&B and retail tenants at Le Quest for homeowners to experience the benefits of integrated living. Qingjian Realty has selected Koufu Pte Ltd (Koufu) to run the food court in Le Quest, following the latter’s commitment to co-develop new ways of meeting the dining needs of residents. Apart from the food court, another major tenant will be Bukit Batok’s largest NTUC Fairprice Finest. Residents can expect to enjoy free delivery from the supermarket giant with a lower minimum expenditure. Those with young children will be thrilled to know that Le Quest will house a childcare centre that will provide both child care and infant care services. Residents will be accorded priority placement and other perks.
Future living, the Singapore way
Qingjian Realty will harness innovative technology while retaining the beloved local way of life. The smart food court run by Koufu will feature all recent innovations that the operator has launched, including the smart ordering system, cashless payment and automatic food delivery to the tables. They are looking at developing a robotic kopi barista for greater efficiency. Another plan Koufu has in mind is a smart unmanned food delivery system to tenants that rely on smart sensors – delivering convenience right to homeowners’ doorsteps.
The value of bonding over a cup of kopi will be enhanced with the smart technology. Qingjian and Koufu are also drawing up plans to provide that authentic kopi-and-soft boiled eggs local breakfast experience regularly at the clubhouse exclusively for residents, adding a new dimension of community development supported by Qingjian’s long-term smart home-&-community support system, hiLife.
All units at Le Quest will be equipped with a basic Smart Home System that Qingjian Realty has come to be known for. For greater peace of mind while residents are at work, Qingjian is also exploring how parents can conveniently look in on their children at the centre through hiLife with the two partners.
