Qingjian Realty Caps 2017 with the Highest Number of Units Sold

SINGAPORE – Based on the latest December 2017 estimates from the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) today, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty) sold the highest number of units among developers here.

It capped the year with a total of 1,216 units sold in 2017, across Executive Condominium (EC) and private residential projects. Qingjian Realty also sold the highest number of ECs – 932 in all.

The developer further cemented its position as the leader in smart homes in Singapore with robust sales of its forward-looking homes. The Visionaire, Singapore’s first EC with smart homes, was fully sold in 2017. Singapore’s first Internet-ready smart EC, iNz Residence, is almost fully sold.

Qingjian Realty caters to the future living needs of homeowners with its two new developments – iNz Residence and Le Quest. 764 iNz Residence and Le Quest units were sold in 2017. The 497-unit iNz Residence was the first EC to launch in 2017, and a total of 480 units were already sold by the end of 2017.

In August 2017, Qingjian Realty launched its first mixed-use development in Singapore, Le Quest, which will house 516 residential units and over 6,000 square metres of commercial space.

With Le Quest, Qingjian Realty introduced homeowners to a new, fuss-free tech-empowered integrated living experience made possible with its partnerships with tenants. The development opened for Phase One sales to an overwhelming response. A total of 284 units were sold during the Le Quest Phase One launch last year.
