Qingjian Realty begins Phase Two sales for JadeScape

SINGAPORE – Developer Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty) has reopened the doors to the JadeScape Sales Gallery as it kicks off Phase Two sales.

The JadeScape Sales Gallery, which spans over 22,000 square feet across two floors, is the largest in Singapore.

Last September, Qingjian Realty unveiled JadeScape as Singapore’s first fully-smart residential development. It is the first to adopt a Smart Estate Management System – common areas will be equipped with smart devices which can be monitored via the system by the estate managers.

New smart home devices that were previously not included in any residential developments in Singapore will also debut in JadeScape.

They include facial recognition technology at lift lobbies, a smart dishwasher that features ultrasonic fruit and vegetable cleansing capabilities, as well as a smart heat recovery system that recycles the heat generated from air conditioners to heat up water for warm showers.

“The upgrade to our Sales Gallery is the result of our close collaborative relationship with Marketing Agencies. It better supports the agents’ efforts to showcase the spacious layout of our different unit types and JadeScape’s many unique features within and outside the development,” said Ms Yen Chong, Deputy General Manager, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd

Located beside the Bishan MRT and Bishan Bus Interchange hub (entrance via Bishan Place), the JadeScape Sales Gallery will be open daily from 10 am to 7 pm.

The development is expected to receive Notice of Vacant Possession (NOVP) by 9 January 2023.
