The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has launched the Reserve List site at Victoria Street/Jalan Sultan for sale by public tender. The tender exercise will close at 12pm on 11 October, 2012.
Spanning some 0.84 hectares, the site can generate a maximum gross floor area of 30,977sqm.
On August 1, URA announced that it had received an application from to put up the land parcel for sale. The developer who applied committed to bid at a price of not less than S$148,688,550.
If successful, the bidder will be able to develop the site for a commercial & residential development with minimum hotel component or hotel usage.
