With this exclusive partnership, Helpling will gain access to a network of over 4,200 property agents who will support its Services 4.0 vision of bringing on-demand home services to every household in Singapore.

From now on, OrangeTee & Tie agents can book professional housekeepers through the Helpling platform via OrangeTee’s Agent App – making it even more convenient to get their properties cleaned before presenting them to potential home buyers or tenants.

They can also refer their clients to Helpling from the Agent App – extending the enhanced convenience to their own network.

This transition towards Services 4.0 technologies such as cloud-centric applications will unlock new value for enterprises as they enable the intersection of previously tangential industries.

By partnering technology start-ups such as Helpling, OrangeTee & Tie is able to accelerate their digital transformation to become a “TechProp” company and deliver better customer experience.

James Lim, Managing Director (Asia-Pacific) of Helpling, said, “Having a clean home at a house viewing is key to making or breaking a deal. We are thrilled to partner with OrangeTee to bring professional housekeepers to their extensive network of property agents and clients. This unique pairing will give new impetus to Helpling’s mission of delivering hotel-grade housekeeping to households islandwide.”

Steven Tan, Managing Director of OrangeTee & Tie, said, “We believe that on-demand housekeeping services are the up and coming trend due to the decreasing size of new homes and the falling demand for stay-in domestic helpers. As such, it is important that our agents are provided with a seamless experience of booking home cleaning services for their clients.

Ultimately, agents should constantly provide high value and impeccable customer-centric services to their clients. This strategic partnership with Helpling will help OrangeTee & Tie agents provide personalised services via our super-app and it will definitely add value along the whole customer journey.

The enhanced housekeeping experience is expected to benefit over 100,000 new homeowners in 2019 alone.

All OrangeTee & Tie agents and their clients will get to enjoy $20 off their first cleaning as part of the launch.
