Creating a One-Stop Digital Ecosystem in the real estate industry.
OrangeTee & Tie have collaborated with strategic partners such as Amicus, UOB and their equity partner, Edmund Tie & Company(ET&Co) to launch this “Super-App” to help agents to adapt to the fast-changing digital world.
The aim of the app is to enhance the productivity of agents so they can, in turn, provide an impeccable service for the consumers.

Steven Tan, Managing Director, OrangeTee & Tie mentioned, “OrangeTee’s Agent App is not just another mobile app – It is a “Super-App” that aims to build alliances to thrive in the real estate ecosystem, to enhance agents’ productivity for their daily business needs and allowing them to leverage on our partners’ expertise from a single platform to ultimately, provide the best customer-centric services for consumers.”
The App Features
One of the features of the app is the Listing Hub which allows agents to create new listings and repost these listings on multiple property portals in the market. This means that agents will only need to manage their listings through the app instead of going into individual portals.
Another feature is the Project Info which consists of all the information like floor plans, unit info etc of over 3000+ projects in Singapore. Agents will be able to generate personalised Project Info reports for their clients in a mobile-friendly format.
With this app, agents can now access to ET&CO Auction which provides more options for the agents and their clients in the selling of their properties.
Another useful feature for the Agents will be the reports and latest market trends from both OrangeTee and ET&Co Research that covers Residential, Commercial and even the Investment sectors; which will help agents to advise their clients better.
Future plans
Mr Steven Tan, Managing Director, OrangeTee & Tie mentioned that they are open to having more partners to come onboard the app and is not limited to the real estate industry. For an example, they also collaborated with UOB to include their services such as the Affordability Calculator and Instant Property Valuation Search.
With each partner bringing their expertise to the app, it will be the one trusted source of information for the Property Agents.
When asked if they will open up the app to agents from other agencies, Mr Tan mentioned that the next step they will be taking will be creating a platform dedicated to the end consumers which they hope to release next year.
