Quick Overview
Champions Green is not the first BTO in Woodlands, but it is certainly one of the bigger BTO developments in recent times.
The aptly named Champions Green is situated near the Singapore Sports School and ringed by Champions Way and Woodlands Drive 17.
The 722-unit development will have 6 blocks, each 10 storeys high, split up into a mix of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4- and 5-room unit types.
Due to the naming of the project, this new BTO development will have plenty of green spaces, as well as spaces that encourage healthy lifestyles through active living.
Eco-friendly and Smart Features
Besides active living features, the Champions Green development will also feature separate chutes for recyclable waste, regenerative lifts to reduce energy consumption and bicycle stands to encourage more cycling.
The estate will also use HDB’s ABC Waters design features, which help to clean rainwater and beautify the neighbourhood.
Additionally, the development will use Smart Lighting technologies for all common areas. This technology will help to reduce energy usage and result in a more sustainable way of life. In line with the focus on sustainability, products used in the development come from sustainable or recycled sources.
