Luxury properties are making their comeback as the impact of July’s cooling measures sink in and perhaps gradually dilutes with time.
New freehold condominium in Orchard
Malaysia-based property developer YTL Land and Development is launching their third luxury property here in Singapore.
This new launch, 3 Orchard By-The-Park, will consist of 77 units, 53 of which will be put up for sale over the weekend.
Freehold and prime district – this new launch fulfils two of the most popular criteria of properties favoured by foreign buyers and those who are looking to invest in real estate here.
3 Orchard By-The-Park sits on Orchard Boulevard, with embassies on Nassim and Napier road just a short walk away. It is slightly away from the main Orchard Road shopping belt, but just near enough for a sense of the buzz without the crowds.
It will have its own MRT station, Orchard Boulevard MRT station, nearby in future and the Camden Medical Centre is also in the vicinity.
Prime district property with freehold status
As the first property in South-East Asia designed by Italian architect Antonio Citterio, 3 Orchard By-The-Park will have 77 units spread across 3 towers. The apartment units include 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedders, as well as two 5-bedroom penthouses.
This weekend’s launch will include 14 two-bedders, 22 three-bedders, 15 four-bedders as well as a 2-storey garden suite and a penthouse.
YTL has previously launched other luxury developments such as Sandy Island and Kasara The Lake in Sentosa Cove.
Other existing residential properties in the Orchard Boulevard, Cuscaden road and Grange road area include Cuscaden residences and Orchard Bel-Air.
