Lattice One 31% Sold Over the Weekend

SINGAPORE – Mainboard-listed TEE Land Limited (“TEE Land” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), a Singapore-based real estate developer and investor, announced today that Lattice One was 31% sold. 15 units out of 48 units were taken up during the preview period on 15 and 16 June 2019.

The average price of the units sold was around S$1,800 psf.

The types of units sold comprised 2- bedroom, 2-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom units with floor areas ranging from 50 square metres to 100 square metres, and buyers of these units were all Singaporeans. Due to increasing interest in enquiries and viewings, sales to the public commences today (17 June).

Located along Upper Thomson Road, Lattice One is a freehold five-storey residential development at Seraya Crescent, which is opposite Sembawang Hills Food Centre and Jalan Leban eateries.

Nestled within a private residential enclave and on the fringe of Lower Pierce Reservoir, Lattice One has accessibility to public transport network (including the upcoming Mayflower and Bright Hill MRT stations), and within 1-2 km from popular educational institutions such as CHIJ St Nicholas’ Girls School, Ai Tong School, Mayflower Primary School to name a few.
