Chengdu Galencia Property Co. Ltd will be launching the sales of their residential units known as Chelsea [email protected] CFC development in Chengdu in Singapore from March 5-6 at Raffles City Convention Centre Level 3. The maiden launch by Chengdu Galencia, the first one in Singapore from a mainland Chinese developer, is timely as there are growing Singaporean (private and institutional) interests in China.
