Far East Organization (“远东机构”) has been awarded four FIABCI Singapore Property Awards this year. Its residential developments, Silversea and Altez, were recognised in the Residential – Mid Rise and Super High Rise categories respectively. The Organization’s commercial development Orchard Central, collectively with 313@somerset and orchardgateway form Discovery Walk on Orchard, received two accolades in the Retail and Special Project categories. The award winners will compete in the international real estate competition, FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards, held in Panama City in May 2016.
In addition to the category-specific awards garnered, Far East Organization’s mixed-use development Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub was presented a SG50 Special Award, recognising its contribution to the transformation of the Novena precinct into a unique and vibrant medical and lifestyle cluster in Singapore as well as strengthening Singapore’s position as a leading medical hub of Asia. Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub was the winner in the 2013 FIABCI Prix d’Excellence awards (Specialised Category).
The FIABCI Singapore Property Award recognises outstanding real estate projects for their contribution to the built environment and community, as well as excellence in design, aesthetics, and functionality. There are a total of 10 award categories and the panel of judges includes distinguished local real-estate experts and professionals. The awards were presented at the FIABCI Singapore Property Awards 2015 Dinner held at Orchard Parade Hotel on 19 November 2015.

Silversea | Winner, Residential (Mid Rise) Category
