The owners’ reserve price of S$65 million equates to S$1,489 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The six successful collective sale deals from District 10 this year includes Olina Lodge at $1,712 psf ppr (Apr 2018), Tulip Garden at $1,790 psf ppr (Apr 2018), Hollandia at S$1,703 psf ppr (Mar 2018), Toho Mansion at S$1,805 psf ppr (Mar 2018), City Towers at S$1,847 psf ppr (Feb 2018) and The Wilshire $1,600 psf ppr (Jan 2018).
Residents of the future development can look forward to being close to Holland Village and Dempsey Village. The famous Orchard Road shopping belt and Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, Singapore Botanic Gardens, are also a short drive away.
