Executive Condominiums (ECs) were introduced due to the demands of the “sandwiched” class whose household incomes exceed the ceiling for HDB flats but are unable to afford private condominiums.
As such, ECs are built like condominiums but are still subject to the 5 years Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) that HDB flats are subject to.
For your convenience, we’ve compiled a list of ECs that either has, or will be achieving their MOPs in the coming year.
