Close to 9,000 visitors toured the sales gallery by 2 pm on Sunday, 9 September 2018. JadeScape is Singapore’s first fully-smart, multi-generational residential development. Its sales launch is slated for 22 September 2018.

“We designed JadeScape with a unique offering to complement its outstanding location. We expected the market to welcome the project but the response is overwhelming. We are very encouraged,” said Ms Yen Chong, Deputy General Manager, Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd.

Mr George Tan, Executive Director of marketing agent Savills Residential Pte Ltd said, “This is the first launch in the area in three years. We have been receiving queries about JadeScape for months now. The turnout is really not surprising. The developer has also attracted many families by offering a mix of unit types.”

Visitor Mr Shawn Koh, 25, shared, “Apart from JadeScape’s ideal location, the prospect of living smart in JadeScape is extra attractive. Smart features will enhance daily living – it will be more convenient and efficient. It is also good that a private developer is taking the step to encourage multi-generational living especially with our growing elderly population.”
