SINGAPORE – Qingjian Realty (South Pacific) Group Pte Ltd (Qingjian Realty)’s Bellewoods received the Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) Star, an accolade administered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
The Executive Condominium (EC) is the only EC among the top three in the Private Housing category.
Bellewoods by Qingjian Realty received the CONQUAS Star, the highest accolade achievable for quality. It is the only Executive Condominium (EC) among the top three scores in the Private Housing category.
Located in Woodlands, Bellewoods is the only residential development in the North of Singapore to receive the highest rating. The 561-unit project received the CONQUAS Star in 2017, the same year it received its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP).
The CONQUAS Star is the highest accolade achievable for construction quality given to projects that have a score of more than 95. It means that over 95% of the items checked for workmanship quality met the CONQUAS standards.

The project has proven to be an all-rounded development, having amassed a variety of awards. In 2017, Bellewoods was awarded the BCA Universal Design Mark Gold Award for its user-friendly features.
At the South East Asia Property Award 2016, Qingjian Realty bagged three awards for Bellewoods – Highly Commended Best Executive Condominium (Singapore), Highly Commended Best Landscape Architectural Design (Singapore), and Best Residential Interior Design (Singapore). Bellewoods was recognised for its sustainability efforts with the BCA Green Mark Gold Plus Award received in 2015.
At the Southeast Asia Property Awards 2015, Qingjian Realty received the Highly Commended Best Executive Condominium (Singapore) award for Bellewoods.
