From clinching the fourth spot in the prestigious Business Review Weekly (BRW) Fastest 100 Growing Australian Company to winning awards in Malaysia and Hong Kong and to seeing the birth of our latest addition to the iProperty family – CommercialAsia.com, November has indeed been a truly exciting month.
CommercialAsia.com, our region’s first comprehensive and designated portal for commercial and industrial properties has more than 150,000 listings and a figure that is expected to grow over 500,000 by the end of 2012. With this latest addition to our family, we have further validated our position as the market leader in the commercial and industrial property industry. I am also happy to say that since we launched, we have attracted over 6,000 visits to the site, and all within a matter of days. A few months back, I had mentioned that SeLoger.com, the No.1 property portal in France, had invested A$8.9 million in our business, and just recently they have increased that investment. The investment, which was doubled, into iProperty Group is certainly a validation of our leadership position in Asia, where we operate market leading property portals in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
As a group, we’ve also achieved a significant milestone. We have exceeded the 3,000,000 monthly unique visitors, increased the number of paying agents to 17,500, increased our pageviews to 45,000,000, and generated over 380,000 leads for our advertisers. This is a huge achievement and a key step on our journey to becoming not just a leader in our region but to becoming a Global Leader.
In Singapore, we have just formed a partnership with OrangeTee, Singapore’s leading property agency, to power their property website including listing processes for property agents and property search for consumers. This partnership further demonstrates our leadership position in the Singapore market.
Aside from this, I am pleased to state that the latest ComScore results, once again reaffirms iProperty.com.sg’s leadership in Singapore, ahead of propertyguru.com.sg.
