8 Places to Rent Near International Schools in Singapore

International schools are great places for children to go to school.

Unfortunately, not everyone would be able to find a place to stay near an international school. We’ve taken the time out to do the hard work for you and found 8 places to stay near some great international schools.

West

Canadian International School (CIS)

The Lakeside campus of the Canadian International School (CIS) sits at Jurong West. It offers all three International Baccalaureate programs to children aged 3 to 18. It is home to over 2,900 students in two campuses. The final two years of the programs lead to the award of the IB Diploma.

Lakeville condo

Situated near both schools is the highly exclusive Nassim Park Residences.

The North has a pick of international schools as well. The first is the Singapore American School, which sits in the Woodlands area and has students from preschool all the way to 12th graders.

The other is GEMS World Academy in Yishun, a school dedicated to a holistic education that is made up of academics, sports and arts. GEMS accepts students from Pre-K all the way up to 12th grade.

The other school in the north east is the Australian International School (AIS). The AIS is a coeducational Preschool to Year 12. Established in 1993, the school has an enviable reputation for its unique pastoral care, academic excellence and wide range of co-curricular offerings.

Just 12 minutes drive to Lycée Français de Singapour 8 mins drive to Australian International school. lies the 97 unit, CDL-developed Haus@Serangoon Garden. This terrace house development is just minutes from Serangoon Central where nex, one of Singapore’s largest suburban malls, is.

Discover hundreds of shops, restaurants, a public library, a 24-hour supermarket, a cineplex, and more! The East is home to the Overseas Family School, which provides IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma programs from grade K-12. The school is home for 3687 students from 73 countries. The UWC’s other campus is also in the east.

Vue 8, Pasir Ris.

Near these two schools is the Vue 8 Residences. This 463 unit condominium development is all about the greens.

All units at Vue 8 Residences will either overlook the park, the forest or the coast, or a combination of all three. The area is a very green, tranquil one, and residents have the seafront, the park and the forest on their doorstep, with the beach just 2 or 3 minutes’ walk.
