The future Avenue South Residences in Silat Avenue will start its public preview tomorrow and will offer up 300 units at its initial launch on Sept 7.

The mixed-use development is situated near the Cantonment and Keppel MRT stations on the circle lines which are estimated to reach completion by 2025. It is also near the current Outram MRT station.
The land site was acquired by a consortium made up of UOL Group, United Industrial Corporation and Kheng Leong Company in May 2018 for $1.035 billion.
The new Avenue South Residences will consist not only of residential units but also approximately 10,000 sq ft of commercial facilities such as food and beverage outlets and a childcare centre.
The 1,074 residential units are spread out across two 56-storey blocks and five 4-storey apartment blocks.
There will be a good mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedder units ranging from 474 sq ft to 1,668 sq ft. Prices are expected to start from $858,000 for a one-bedroom unit and $1.15 million for a two-bedder.

At its launch early next month, the developers are pricing half of their units below $1.5 million. Units 3 different collections will be sold at varied prices; those in the Heritage Collection, Horizon Collection and the Peak Collection will have average price tags of $1,780 psf, $1,980 psf and $2,250 psf respectively.
