Both properties are well-located, near the Bartley MRT station on the Circle Line, and also the upcoming Bidadari development. The area is being developed into a new HDB housing estate with many newer private condominiums or mixed-use properties also springing up here.

The new district looks set to be a hub well-served with new amenities and transport options. Also nearby are the Maris Stella High School and the Nex shopping mall.

The 2 developments both have freehold statuses which could be one of its main selling points. The developer is expecting strong interest from both homeowners and investors.

Units at The Gazania are expected to start from $1 million for a 440-sq ft one-bedder to $3.3 million for a 1,800 sq ft 4-bedroom penthouse.

Units at The Lilium are expected to be priced about 5% to 10% lesser than The Gazania in terms of psf pricing.

The 2 new projects will consist of 5-storey blocks. The Gazania will consist of 250 units across 7 such blocks while The Lilium will have 80 units spread across 2 blocks of similar height. The developer is likely to release half of the units in the upcoming launch.

Both condominiums are considered to be in the city fringes and in a relatively new estate which has good long-term potential. The Gazania and The Lilium have approximate completion dates in the second half of 2022.
