Also founder of the Singapore based property investment group “Malaysian Investors in Singapore”. Advises more than 1,000 clients on property investment decisions in Singapore and Malaysia. Consulting work includes marketing presentations, site & project analysis and marketing positioning consults for developers, real estate agencies, banks and fund houses.
For the retail market, Alpha Marketing conducts investment seminars, property tours, networking sessions and arranges bulk purchase of properties as well as co-investment deals.
