I have been fortunate enough to have worked with various government agencies including the Changi Airport Group, HDB, Spring Singapore. I also spent a number of years working with a publicly-listed developer before I became an accredited mortgage consultant and subsequently a realtor.
In my personal capacity, I also bought, sold, rented and owned numerous properties including landed, condominiums and industrial. To contribute my services to the community, I also set on various management corporations (ie MCSTs).
All these exposures combined together to allow me to better appreciate how the entire real estate sector works. This in turn translates into my ability to serve and advise my clients more holistically and comprehensively.
