|I had been practicing real estate sales and tenancy since June 2010. Before this, I was in the financial services industry. The transition back into real estate was seamless due to my strong real estate academic background.|
As an honours graduate, I was exempted from the elementary entry papers required in 2011 for licencing. Over the years, I had consistently ungraded my knowledge to add more value to my clients.
I started my career managing landlords and tenants. Over the years, my corporate tenant profile increased to include IKANO, Inter-IKEA, Tebodin Singapore, Enersul Limited, Scania, UWCSEA, DSM etc. It was due to my familiarity with the local law and tenancy matters that gave me this competitive edge. Every tenancy is unique and no agreement is standard. I would be able to consistently advice both landlord and tenants on their obligations, rights and appropriate mediation channels.
