UOL Group’s Nassim Park Residences in Singapore achieved 50 per cent take-up rate within six weeks, with more than 30 per cent of its buyers being foreigners.
Located on Nassim Road, the 100-unit freehold super-luxury apartments, which cost at least S$10 million each, garnered interest of buyers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, the UK and Australia.
The good take-up is attributed to its superior product positioning, strong product attributes and sizeable landscaping as well as its exclusive address in Singapore’s most desired neighbourhood, the company said in a statement.
Jointly developed by Kheng Leong Co. and Japan’s Orix Corporation, the five-storey development offers units sized between 295 sq m and 744 sq m. It comprises a mix of ground floor units each with its own private swimming pool as well as double-storey luxurious penthouses.
Nassim Park Residences is a collaboration of three parties: Singapore-based architect Chan Soo Khian, Japanese landscape architect Shunmyo Masuno and French interior designer Christian Liagre.
