A 2,300 sq ft apartment unit at The Grange recently sold in the sub-sale market for about $2,500 psf or a total of about $5.76 million.

After the mid-July government’s announcement of the increase in Development Charge (DC) percentage to market value, sub-sale figures in August stood at trifling 299 transactions.
However, after two months of stabilising, speculative deals are raring their heads again. The recent stock market recovery in the US and Singapore has help sentiment a great deal. (9 Oct)
