The total number of units at the 99-year leasehold project by Frasers Centrepoint is 417.  The average price is understood to be somewhere in the $1,400 psf to $1,500 psf range.

The condo project has two tower blocks of 36-storey comprising one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. There are four penthouses with $8.5 million price tags. Date of report – 15 August 2007
