The Housing & Development Board (HDB) launched three sites for sale by tender today under the Government Land Sale (GLS) Programme.

The two residential sites are the Executive Condominium (EC) site at Jurong West Street 42 and strata housing site at Miltonia Close. The mixed commercial-residential site is located in the Bedok Town Centre at New Upper Changi Road/ Bedok North Drive.

Together, they can potentially yield about 1,300 dwelling units.

The EC site at Jurong West Street 42 has a site area of 16,815.1 sq m. Some 460 units can be built there. The tender for this site will close at 12 noon on 12 August 2010.

Miltonia Close is located at the fringe of Yishun New Town. With a site area of 27,000 sq m, about 345 units can be built there. Its tender will close at 12 noon on 24 August 2010.

The mixed commercial-residential site at New Upper Changi Rd/ Bedok North Drive has a site area of 24,902.2 sq m. Some 475 units are estimated to be built there. Its tender will close at 12 noon on 17 August 2010.
