The recent Executive Condominium (EC) site launched by HDB at Punggol Field/ Punggol Road fetched a top bid of $223.7 million by ChoiceHomes Investments/ CEL Development.

The tender drew a total of 5 bids. The second highest bid was $215.2 million by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. The other developers who put in bids were Qingdao Construction (Singapore), FCC Net, Frasers Centrepoint.
