CapitaMall Trust (CMT) recently unveiled the new mall JCube in a groundbreaking ceremony on the site of the former Jurong Entertainment Centre (JEC). The mall will be managed by CapitaMalls Asia.

Located at the intersection of Jurong East Central 1 and Jurong Gateway Road, JEC was demolished early this year to make way for the brand new mall comprising five levels of retail, two basement levels of car park and a rooftop landscaped plaza.

Measuring approximately 204,000 sqft in net lettable area and twice the original size, the new mall is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2012.
