A Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) project at Yishun Street 11 drew 6 bids from private developers at the close of its tender, according to the Housing Development Board (HDB).

The highest bid of $148.9 million was put in by Guthrie (DBP) and SK Land. The second highest bid of $142.3 million was a joint bid by Hoi Hup Realty, Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup J.V. Development. Other bidders included Sim Lian Land, Qingdao Construction and CEL Development.
