A freehold residential site in Hillview Terrace has been put up for collective sale by tender by DTZ. Owners of numbers 12 to 24 (even numbers) Hillview Terrace have given unanimous consent to put the site on sale through a tender exercise that ends on 22 June 2010.

The property sits on a land area of approximately 4,567.5 sqm (49,164 sqft). According to the Master Plan 2008, the site can be developed into a 10-storey condominium at a gross plot ratio of 1.92. This translates into a total gross floor area of approximately 103,835 sqft, including an additional 10% balcony area, or about 100 apartments with an average size of 900 sqft.
