The Housing Development Board (HDB) announced that a recently launched Tampines Road residential site attracted a whopping total of 16 bids from developers.

The top bid of $16.25 million was put in by Fragrance Properties. This was followed closely by the second highest bid of $15.5 million by Whye Wah Group. OPH Marymount put in the third highest bid of $14.99 million.

The other developers included Ningbo Construction Group, JBE Holdings, Goodland Sunny, Liverland Investments and KDC Development.

This tender process follows the recent tender for a Boon Lay Way residential site which drew 14 bids from developers.
