The Housing Development Board (HDB) launched 2 new Build-To-Order (BTO) projects in Jurong West and Yishun today. The projects will yield a combined total of 1,050 flats.

The 2 projects, namely Boon Lay Grove and Floral Spring@Yishun, will comprise 96 units of studio apartments, 564 units of 4-room flats and 390 units of 5-room flats. 95% of the 4- and 5-room flats will be set aside for first-time buyers.

Boon Lay Grove will have 450 standard flats, comprising 300 units of 4-room flats and 150 units of 5-room flats.

Over at Floral Spring @ Yishun, there will be 600 standard flats, comprising 96 units of studio apartments, 264 units of 4-room flats and 240 units of 5-room flats.

The selling prices for the flats are:

Boon Lay Grove

$239,000 to $287,000 for a 4-room flat

$298,000 to $358,000 for a 5-room flat

Floral Spring @ Yishun

$64,000 to $84,000 for a studio apartment

$219,000 to $262,000 for a 4-room flat

$289,000 to $332,000 for a 5-room flat
