The residential site at Upper Changi Road North/ Flora Drive recently launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) fetched a top bid of $148.3 million from Tripartite Developers.

The land parcel attracted a total of 6 bids. Its second highest bid was $143.2 million by Nam Hee Contractor & OPH Marymount. Frasers Centrepoint put in the third highest bid of about $140 million.

The 99-year lease site was launched for public tender on 29 March 2010. It was originally placed on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme.
