The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) released the detailed sales conditions for the reserve list hotel site at Robertson Quay today. At the same time, it announced that the site is open for application.

The 0.45 ha hotel site is located within Robertson Quay, along the Singapore River, amidst a hotel cluster comprising developments such as Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Holiday Inn Atrium and Copthorne King’s Hotel.

With a site area of 4,512.8 sqm, it has a maximum Gross Floor Area of 12,636 sqm. The site is on a 99-year lease.
