The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) closed the tender for the industrial site at Yishun Avenue 6. The top bid came from Soilbuild Group Holdings at $29.29 million.

The site was launched for public tender on 15 March 2010. It was originally placed on the Reserve List of the Government Land Sales Programme. The site was offered for sale on a 60-year lease.

The second highest bid was $28.29 million from KNG Land. Ho Lee Group put in the third highest bid of $28.08 million. The other bidders were OKH Management and Whye Wah Group.
