The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) launched the residential site at Upper Changi Road North / Flora Drive for sale by public tender today. The land parcel was made available for sale through the Reserve List system on 26 March 2008.

A developer has committed to bid at least $82 million for the site in the public tender.

The land parcel has a site area of about 3.07 ha and has a maximum permissible gross floor area of 42,951 sqm. It can potentially yield 390 units.

A tender period of about four weeks will be allowed for the site. The tender will close at on 27 April 2010.
