City Developments Limited (CDL) and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. announced the launch of The Residences at W Singapore Sentosa Cove, a collection of 228 private luxury residences yesterday. The development sits amidst the exclusive waterfront residential enclave of Sentosa Cove - Singapore’s most prestigious and affluent marina residential community.

The prices of the units will range from $2,500 to $3,000 per sq ft.

The units range from two to four bedrooms, along with penthouses, and from 1,227 sq ft to 6,297 sq ft in size. The development comprises seven, six-storey blocks.
