CapitaLand Limited announced on 1 March 2010 that it has established CapitaLand Commercial (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Malaysia.
The principal activity of this subsidiary is stated as “investment and provision of project services.”
Its authorised share capital is RM100,000 (approximately $41,400) divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each.
