Sunway City Berhad is offering incentives for selected properties up till 13 May 2010. In the ‘Double Celebration Double Bonanza’ package joint promotion with Maybank, property buyers get to enjoy the ‘Pay Half, Pay Less, Pay Later’ scheme with a 95 per cent loan. Buyers can also opt to defer 50 per cent of the loan payment to a later date to reduce monthly instalment payments.

This promotion package is valid for Casa Kiara II condominiums at Mont’Kiara, Sunway Alam Suria double-storey cluster homes at Shah Alam, Sunway Opal Damansara condominiums at Sunway Damansara, Sunway Merica three-storey terrace homes at Sungai Ara, Penang and Garden Villa double-storey link house at Ipoh.

Meanwhile, buyers are also rewarded with Golden Ang Pow giveaways worth up to RM50,000 and also enjoy savings of up to RM500,000 for selected projects. In addition, buyers born under the Chinese zodiac sign of the Tiger will be awarded gifts too.

Apart from the ‘Double Celebration Double Bonanza’ package, Sunway City has a ‘Double 5 Fortune’ package where buyers need to pay 1/5 of the first 10 per cent downpayment. No payment is needed during construction and buyers only pay 1/5 of the monthly instalment up to 24 months after completion. This package is valid for Sunway Vivaldi condominiums at Mont’Kiara, Bayrocks Garden Waterfront Villas at Sunway South Quay and Villa Manja double-storey twin villas at Sunway SPK Damansara.
