The recent preview of 30 units at Centennia Suites by Lippo Real Estate has clocked in almost 70 percent sales. The luxury 97-unit development located along the Singapore River fetched average prices from $2,000 to $2,100 psf.  

Lippo’s spokesperson said “We are pleased with the take-up at the preview of Centennia Suites as it was well within our expectations. It is likely that we will continue marketing this project overseas after the Chinese New Year, with the focus on Jakarta, and later in Singapore.”

Apartment sizes at the development range from a 1,238 sqft 2-bedroom unit to a 4,004 sqft penthouse unit.

CBRE’s Joseph Tan, Executive Director, Residential said “The sales achieved at the preview was very encouraging. Centennia Suites is one of the few high-rise projects in

the area that has less than 100 units, and will be sought after by buyers on the look out

for enhanced exclusivity and privacy.”
