Wyndham Hotel Management Inc. has been appointed by HH Properties Pte Ltd to operate its two hotels on its Balestier site. HH Properties is a 50-50 joint venture company between niche property developer Hiap Hoe and the owner and manager of leisure and commercial properties SuperBowl Holdings.

Wyndham Hotel Management, Inc. is part of the Wyndham Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel company with more than 7,000 hotels and 11 brands.

The site is located opposite Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall and has a land area of some 190,000 sqft. It has a gross permissible floor area of about 421,000 sqft. HH Properties will build two hotel-cum-commercial developments on the site.
